How long does it take to get my order ? (UK ONLY)

Whilst pre-orders are the future of GC, your order can take anything from 7-14 days. If I feel, due to supply on demand, that there is an unusual lengthy delay in you receiving your order I will email you directly to keep you updated.

How long does it take to get my order ? (INTERNATIONAL)

I would advise anything from 10 - 28 days. 

If I am ordering from you outside of the UK will my parcel be charged additional custom % import charges?

Most likely. Custom & Import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. I have no control over what these charges are, as Custom & Import policies vary from country to country I strongly advise that you find out what your charges are for your Country before you make a purchase.

Prices are in line with the Royal Mail charges and eco friendly shipping materials:

Enamel Badges - 2nd class large letter box (not signed) £2.95

T-shirts - 2nd class signed for £4.95

Mugs - 2nd class signed £5.95

Postage costs will be charged once at the highest rate when buying multiple items, so the more your order the better the rate! The cost also includes packaging.

Are your postage and packaging materials recyclable?

As of May 25th 2021 YES! I use paper parcel envelopes, cardboard postal boxes and paper parcel tape. 

What is the after care instructions for your T-shirts?

Turn inside out when Ironing. Do not iron the design directly as the iron will melt it. Wash at 40 or below. Do not dry clean. You can tumble dry but at a medium temperature. Do not bleach. Some colours may differ in real life to images on my website or Instagram. Some colours are more vibrant to ensure they have long life with each wash.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to me by email. I'll gladly get a replacement sent out to you at no extra cost. If you have discovered an item is faulty please email here

Do you offer refunds?

For UK customers - If you have changed your mind after your order has been dispatched or your need an exchange, email here to request and refund. You are liable for the safety and cost to return your unwanted items back.

For International customers - No refunds at this time (unless your item is faulty or arrived damaged in transit). If you have any further questions about purchasing a T-shirt and you'd like to be sure you select the correct size, email here.

 

How ethical are your T-shirts?

The T-shirts I use have a WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) certificate. It's the world’s largest facility certification programme and, whilst it is supported by the global apparel industry, it is totally independent. WRAP is dedicated to ensuring lawful, humane and ethical manufacturing throughout the world. In order to receive certification for all our facilities and those of our suppliers we are regularly audited and must comply with the 12 WRAP principles. These relate to areas such as workplace regulations, child labour, hours of work, health and safety, discrimination and security. Also, the T-shirts are approved to Oeko-Tex Standard 100. This certifies that they meet the strict Oeko-Tex 100 limits for harmful substances that none of these substances are present in critical concentrations. Oeko-Tex is an internationally renowned testing certification system for textiles. Test criteria are standardised across the world and include tests for pH-value, pesticides and heavy metals. Only when a garment is proved to meet the strict Oeko-Tex 100 standards for harmful substances is it granted Oeko-Tex approval.

Are your T-shirts vegan?

The T-shirts themselves are 100% cotton. BUT there are some ingredients in the inks used that are NOT vegan. 

Am I getting what I see in your product photos?

I have used a premium mock up generator to showcase my designs to their most likeness on models and devices and used the best lighting.

Do you share my details with a third party?

Yes, but only the data that you provide to fulfil your order. I can remove and delete your details at any time if you wish, please email me here. My customer details are stored using a database that is supported through my wix.com platform. 

 

How long do you keep your information for?

I only retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purpose to fulfil your order. I only send email announcements out to customers/users that have signed up using the sign up form. 

 

How do you protect my information?

I maintain electronic and procedural safeguards designed to help me protect your personal information. For example, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology encrypt’s your credit card information when you purchase products through my website. When you create an account you’ll choose a password to help protect your account information. You should select a strong password that you will remember and keep it safe. You may reset your password as often as you wish by clicking on ‘forgot password’ on the login page. You’ll be sent an email to safely reset your password.
